We do not accept returns, cancellations, or requests for refunds, unless the product is defective or damaged. If an item arrives damaged or we've sent you the wrong product, please email us at pausepleasemahj@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the details and work with you on a replacement or another appropriate solution.
